• Please ensure that your dogs are adequately vaccinated to use a public place.
• If your dog is showing any signs of illness do not use the secure field and be respectful of other pets and their owners.
• BOOKINGS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
• You can make changes to your bookings by logging in to the website up to 24hours in advance
• All bookings must be paid for in advance by bank transfer immediately after booking.
• We operate a CCTV system for user’s safety and security.
• We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicles brought on site.
• It is your responsibility to pick up all of your dog’s waste and dispose of it in the bin provided or take it home.
• Drive into the secure area and shut the gate behind you, before letting your dog(s) out of your vehicle. This way we can help to ensure the safety of the dog(s), nearby road users and members of the public.
• Please ensure that you do not arrive too early for your booking and vacate the secure area promptly leaving it secure at the end of your booking time.
• The equipment in the field provided is designed for dogs. Do not sit or climb on it or allow your children to do so.
• You are welcome to bring your children to the field, but they must be supervised at all times.
• You are responsible for making sure that they do not injure themselves or break any of the terms and conditions.
• Please be aware that the secure area has not been made child safe and certain elements may pose an additional hazard to children (non-child proof dog poo bins for example).
• Please respect the peace and tranquility of the countryside by keeping excess noise to a minimum.
• XL BULLIES are welcome to use the fields with their owner present.
  A copy of their exemption certificate must be sent by email/ WhatsApp before making the booking.
  There must be one capable adult per XL bull dog. Muzzles and leads are only required if parking in the main car park or using the dog wash area. Parking is available inside the Zoomie Zone and inside the gate to the Freedom Field corridor.

You agree that:

• Your use of the secure field is at your own risk, and agree not to hold ‘Bassaleg Dog Walking Fields’ area, its owners or staff responsible for any injury to you, your family/friends or your dogs, arising from your use of the secure field.
• Bassaleg Dog Walking Fields is a large outdoor space containing areas of uneven ground which could be concealed under long grass or other vegetation.
• Bassaleg Dog Walking Fields has overhanging branches from trees around the edges and in the woodland area which may fall or have fallen.
• Bassaleg Dog Walking Fields could contain other hazards consistent with the countryside.
• You will not let anyone else into the secure fenced area, other than any friends or family members you have brought with you to enjoy walking your dogs.
• By bringing friends or family, or sending somebody in place of you, you agree that you take full responsibility for their safety and for ensuring that they abide by these terms and conditions at all times whilst using the field.
